Lior Barak has a proven track record in successfully converting companies from using Excel spreadsheets to state-of-the-art, automated data-reporting systems.
In the past three years, he has worked his magic for two companies, structuring a one-stop-shop reporting system that allowed the marketing team to see all the data in one place and simplified the decision-making process.
His approach of adopting a no-Excel policy required him to analyze a marketing department’s usage of Excel and use his findings to develop a more efficient reporting system. In doing so, he saved over 20% of the department’s working hours!
